Happy Halloween!

I hope you have a fun day today with your families!

Tonight we will be having our traditional Halloween dinner, chili and cornbread. This year we will not have any children trick-or-treating, which is kind of sad to me, but we will still give out candy to the little children in the neighborhood. Hope you have a great day!

It's almost 1:00 in the morning and we just got back from our son Hayden's football game. They won! He got a touchdown too! It was at a school on the Oregon coast and it was a 2-1/2 hour drive one way! I'm tired and hitting the sack.

Before you go.....turn up your speakers for a spooky song! :0)

"For with God nothing will be impossible." Luke 1:37

Love, Sharon

P.S. Thank you for your comments on my post below, Mean Girls, I will be working on my post about it and share it on Monday.

I love that song...I'm a Judy Garland fan...

I'm glad you will all be together this evening. If I lived closer, we'd come by to trick or treat. :)

Sharon, I am sure glad you mentioned slow cooker on your blog. I pulled my brand new one and it is so neat. Today I have a stew in there taking its own sweet time to hop in my bowl--red potatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, stew meat, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Oh, I didn't have a can of beef broth so threw in a can of Campbells minestrone soup. Hope that works. I will email you a sample. ha Love, Helen
