New life..........

I looked out my kitchen window and couldn't believe my eyes! There are tiny little buds forming on our maple trees!
I am so excited! We have had such a cold, cold winter this year. Most mornings it has been below freezing for several months!
Look! The crocus are starting to come up!
There is even new life on the boulder steps in the back yard!
I've been hearing the birds chirp every morning and it sounds so beautiful! It automatically cheers me up! Look at that beautiful blue sky too! Oh how I love living in Oregon where the four seasons are expressed to beautifully in nature! It makes me appreciate every season. Springtime is such a wonderful time of the year, a time of renewal and new beginnings!

My daughter-in-law, Brittany, at Sweet Nothings is hosting Praise and Worship Sunday at her blog. Click here if you would like to participate. Below is a clip of one of my favorite worship songs. It is called He is Lord and it talks about Jesus majesty and glory. Please remember to turn down the music on my side bar first.

Brittany and I had a big day yesterday! We had a ladies Victorian tea party here with 23 lovely women! I'll be sharing all about it next week. We had such a wonderful time!

I hope that you have a fabulous Lord's day!

"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." Ecclesiastes 3:1

Love, Sharon

Hubs and I are staying home from church today due to coughing and I thought I'd surf as he rests. I have to tell you that song is beautiful though. It is sooooo very nice to see so many young people who truly believe in Christ and know that He will return some day. Especially that huge crowd of people who think like I do - that there is a Savior who loves me and will return, chickee. Thank you for sharing.

xoxo,
Connie

My goodness, you get spring much earlier than we do. No crocuses here for six more weeks. It's good to see your photos and gain some hope.

I love spring! I don't love the allregies that come with it but I love new life budding here and there. My cat even knows spring is almost here, the way he's itching to spend more time outdoors.
