Look what I won!

Look what I got in the mail the other day! A box from a blogging friend, Kim over at The Chosen Child . She had a contest recently and I won!!!! Ya'll should go over to her sweet blog and say hello!
Looky! Looky! Look at what I got!!! She sent two of the best smelling candles in the world! They are made by the Old Virginia Candle Company. The scent is a three in one mix, the top layer is Snicker Doodle, the middle is Pear Crumble and the bottom layer is Toffee Crunch.
Don't they look pretty!
I wish you could smell them, they are fabulous!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Kim for picking me!!!! Thank you for sending these wonderful candles and all the Zotz! I love Zotz! The boys and I took them to the movies and ate them all! You are a real sweetheart!

"A friend loves at all times." Proverbs 17:17

Warm hugs, Sharon

Good morning! I happened upon your blog via Gina's blog and I have to say...I love it! I too am a collector. I have many quilts (some my grandmother made) many antique plates and knicknacs that I bought and also inherited from my mom.
I should take some photos and post about those things.
Anyway, stop by my blog and say hello.
Take care
Marion

Isn't it fun to get stuff in the mail? I hope you enjoy your candles for a while. That big one looks like it might last several hours.

Sharon, I'm so happy for you. How fun to get Zotz.
Do you remember the very first Zotz you ever ate, and how scary it was? I remember sitting on the pew at church with our friends. Kristy handed me my first Zotz. It felt like I was dying in the gas chamber. I couldn't say anything, cause it was church, ya know? I wanted to scream. I sort of wanted to slap Kristy, as she was laughing at me.

Your candles are so pretty. I'll go visit Kim too.

Have a lovely day. I love you, Kathi

You lucky lady. Old Virginia candles are my absolute favorites. They make the whole house smell delicious. I buy them at QVC and have quite a collection. So fun.
I love to see pictures of your cozy kitchen.

Congrats on your wonderful gift. Candles burning are so soothing. I would have gotten back to you sooner for visiting with me. But, for some reason certain blogs would not download for me. Finally got to visit with you. Will stop by again.

You're very welcome. Aren't they just the best smelling candles. I like to store them in our linen closet because it makes all the towels and sheets smell so good. The Virginia candle company is about to open a larger outlet store about 3 miles from our house. The old store was at the factory, all of five miles away.
Enjoy!
